Installation Notes

• Please install the product securely before allowing your cat to use it

• For the suction cup version, attach only to smooth, clean, flat, non-porous surfaces such as glass or suitable tile

• Suction cups may not work well on painted walls, textured walls, dusty surfaces, wallpaper, rough surfaces, or uneven materials

• For wall-mounted installation, make sure the wall and mounting method are suitable for your space

• Check the scratching post, sisal rope, platform, suction cups, and mounting points regularly to ensure they remain secure 

• Choose an installation location that matches your cat’s size, climbing ability, and activity level 

Care Instructions

• Wipe the laminated board with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth

• Avoid soaking the board or exposing it to prolonged moisture

• Keep the sisal rope dry to help maintain its texture and appearance

• Inspect the sisal rope regularly for wear caused by scratching, climbing, or biting

• Clean suction cups and the mounting surface before installation for better attachment

• Reattach, tighten, or adjust mounting parts if they become loose
